Export a MIDI file

Take your parts — with tempo and time signature changes — to another app.

Step by step

  1. 01

    Choose File → Export → MIDI File… to write every unmuted part, or Selected as MIDI File… for just the selection.

  2. 02

    Tempo and time signature changes are saved in the file too.

  3. 03

    Drag a .mid file into an empty project and Velton adopts its tempo and signatures.

Velton is in alpha on Mac, Windows and Linux. Be one of the first in the studio.
